We worked with an old family recipe and home technology. We loved it! They were looking for us! In the evenings, dripping with fatigue, we were recharged for the next day just by the sight of the empty shelves. After the festive offensive, we also started making buns. Slowly, with small steps, we moved forward. The difficulties did not scare us. We expanded the perimeter of our offering and started bringing on more helpers. Soon, the small bakery became narrow for our big dreams. In 2016, we built a new state-of-the-art facility to produce and market our products. We enriched our assortment, hired new workers, conquered more markets... Today, we are proud of our big family, which numbers over 100 people. Our portfolio contains 17 types of products with which we are present in hundreds of outlets at home and abroad. The "Grand Commerce" brand has established itself as a benchmark for delicious and quality food, sharing both the weekdays and the holidays of our customers. What is the secret ingredient of success? The love we weave into our kolaches and the old family recipe.
